ProMedica Health System LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse - Heinz - Fremont - Full Time - Afternoons in Fremont, Ohio
Position Summary:
The LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse functions under the direction of the provider/RN, following a medical Model of care. They will help perform and systematically document patient findings, utilizing all available information, reporting to the provider/RN the information that is gathered. They will help anticipate changes in the patients condition and perform additional monitoring as needed.
Must be a graduate of a recognized professional school of practical nursing Must be licensed in the State of Ohio to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse 2-3 years of experience in a physician office or acute care setting preferred Must be CPR certified
